Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Don’t let the seeds from your jack-o-lantern go to waste, roast them up for a healthy snack!
Seeds of 1 pumpkin
Salt to taste
Seasonings to taste choose (or mix and match) from:
Cumin
Chile Powder
Pepper
Paprika
Cinnamon (use sugar instead of salt)
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Separate the seeds from the pulp. Rinse and dry throughly.
3. Spread the seeds out on a baking sheet and cover with your favorite seasonings.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
