How-To: Slice a lemon
Lemon slices can be used to garnish dishes and are great served on the rim of a glass of water or ice tea.
Cut the lemon in half, parallel to the ends of the lemon. And then quarter the lemon by placing them on their flat sides and cutting each half again to make four pieces.
Cut one of the quarters in the middle to make the slit in the lemon. Lay flat and then cut the lemon again.
Pull the lemon slice apart and slide onto the rim of the glass.
